Data collected
When you use the contact form, we collect: your name, your organisation, your email address, your phone number (optional), the relevant area of expertise and the content of your message.
The website also measures its traffic anonymously, without cookies and without identifying visitors: pages viewed, country, device type and referring website.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used solely to respond to your request and correspond with you about it. This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
Your data is not sold, transferred or used for marketing purposes without your consent.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to authorised UXXIOS staff.
It passes through technical service providers acting on behalf of UXXIOS: Microsoft (website hosting and email), Cloudflare (protection of the form against bots) and Umami (anonymous traffic measurement). These providers may process data outside Côte d’Ivoire, in particular in the European Union or the United States.
Retention period
Requests received are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Anonymous traffic statistics are kept for six months.
Security
The website is only accessible over a secure connection (HTTPS). Form data is not stored on the website: it is sent directly by email to UXXIOS, where access is restricted.
Your rights
In accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete data concerning you.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@uxxios.com. You may also contact the Côte d’Ivoire telecommunications/ICT regulatory authority (ARTCI).
Cookies
The website does not use advertising cookies or traffic measurement cookies.
On the Contact page, Cloudflare’s bot protection may use technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the security of the form.
